We are a multi-speciality law firm dealing with Corporate Law, Family Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Immigration Law, Taxation, Real Estate Law, Alternate Dispute Resolution and White Collar Crimes.
We are a multi-speciality law firm that deals with corporates as well as individual clients.
- For corporates we generally require a retainer to start, followed by monthly payments to render advisory services to the company on various law and compliance related issues. However, our representation in any legal suit/s is charged separately on an hourly rate. Hourly rates depend on the seniority of the counsel involved. Specific legal services are charged separately on an hourly basis.
- For individual clients we generally bill the client upfront on per case basis.
We treat each case on priority and assign partners that work on cases together. Whether it is a corporate case or an individual case, minimum two counsels are assigned per case.
Our consultation charges are Rs.15,000/- or USD 181 charged on an hourly basis.
You must bring all relevant paperwork pertaining to the case include any existing legal documentation like any legal notice, case file, police record, court order etc. Please call for a consultation so that our legal team can provide you with an exact list of what to bring for your meeting.
The limitation period is governed in India by the Limitation Act, 1963. The limitation period is different for different types of suits and it can only be determined after a thorough understanding of the parameters of the case and the other details involved for which you must book an appointment at the earliest
