His extensive business law and transactional experience include drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements. His practice covers diverse areas of family laws, property laws, employment laws, and criminal and civil litigation including drafting of pleadings, giving opinions and appearances (independently as well as with senior counsels) before various judicial authorities, tribunals, etc. He has advised several multinational companies on strategies/ options for commencing operations in India, and several Indian companies on various aspects of law.
